Cross-border guidance

Paperwork keeps
the route moving.

Unaccompanied household goods entering the United States generally require CBP Form 3299 and a complete inventory.

The inventory needs meaningful item descriptions; simply calling a shipment “household effects” may not be sufficient. The importer remains responsible for accurate declarations, eligibility and any supporting records. We’ll identify the service and carrier arrangement for your route and help organize the move inventory.

Before a U.S. move

Confirm immigration status, the owner/importer details, U.S. address, port and date of arrival, restricted items, carrier information and the customs documents that apply.

Tell us the destination. We’ll map the move.
